- 3 / 5By Dylan PryorLonghorn in Johnson city is hit or miss. Service is usually pretty good. Every now and then you'll get a bartender or server who doesn't care. Tonight i ordered enough food and drink to rack up a $40 bill. Drinks were great, but I wasn't offered any bread, steak was undercooked, and soup was cold. Steak is a bit pricey, but you can taste the good quality. Biggest thing management needs to work on is consistency. If you want a good steak in Johnson city, go to Wellington's. It's a bit more expensive, but food quality and service Trump longhorn's.February 21, 2017
